Meenvallam Waterfalls 4.57

Meenvallam waterfall is situated in Palakkad district. The water falls from a height of around 25 ft and the depth of the water is 20 ft. This waterfall has 10 steps and the 8 steps lies in dense forest. Each of these steps has a height that ranges from 5 to 40 m. All these steps within the forests are not accessible. One can enjoy the last 2 steps of this waterfall which is a scenic beauty. To reach to this falls one has to trek for around 2 kms from Koomankund junction and also have to cross the river Thuppanad. This waterfall and the surrounding areas are less explored by the people and so remain untouched.
