Elshadai English School an English Medium School was established in 1973 by Late Mr.J.Manuelmony. Now the name of the School has been changed to "MANUELMONY MATRICULATION HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL" in his loving memory.

At present the school has grown into a Matriculation Higher Secondary School with nursery section attached. The medium of instruction followed is "English' and other languages taught are "Tamil, Hindi and French". The syllabus has got its own special features.
Tamilnadu Matriculation syllabus is adopted with a high and modern standard of education A higher standard of education is maintained by following most modern and newest methods of teaching. The constant efforts of the management & Staff is to promote all round development of education of children and to bring out those qualities which are the best and the noblest in them, so as to make them citizens of good character.
