Magadh and Awadh (MAA) is a fine dine restaurant which serves regional food of Bihar and Awadh region of UP. Although cuisines from Awadh region are known worldwide and are easily available in all cities of India, but cuisines from Bihar are not very popular except Litti Chokha. MAA has tried to present some of the finest dishes from Bihar and Awadh. Apart from authentic Litti Chokha other dishes like mustard gravy of fish and besan, flex seed Paratha, Rasia, kababs of Awadh and Biryani form the main items in the list of MAA. Some twist has been added to many dishes to make it contemporary in style and taste. successful attempt has been made to revive lost dishes from the countryside of Bihar.
