MAAD has pioneered the Concrewall technology in India known as The Green System Concrewall now produced in Pune, India, using technology and equipment by Schnell Homes - Concrewall, Italy. It is the member The Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), part of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

The company is now executing Project Nandghar which aims to provide quality education and skill development to children and women in rural India. The project is CSR initiative of Vedanta Resources and recognized by PMO India and Ministry for Child and Women Development< Government of India.
