The great Sufi poet, Rumi once said: “close your eyes, fall in love, stay there.” The greatest, most delightful of human experiences is the delirium caused by love. It is the closest anyone can get to bliss, and if that is not bliss, then nothing else is! Each morning-whether hazy, misty or amorous-London wakes up to the love-laden, blissful aroma of baking; Londoners shall wake up to this sweet smell till the end of time! London Bakers-a boutique bakery run by an expatriate family with global experience in catering and the hospitality industry-is deliriously in love with London, and with baking, and is, therefore, trying to craft some of the most famous delights cherished all over Europe.
