After establishing college in 1965 at vijayawada it bagged many laurels to its credit and created many responsible citizens. Its reputation speaks of the endeavors to excel in offering the best education to all classes of students and moulding them into future leaders, because our institution recognizes that in every student there is a leader in the making. We believe that traditional education with a touch of technological base is a must for the digital age.

Every educating student requires attention to virtues, ethics, character and integrity. This always helps to prompt the all round development of every student , who steps out of the college and seeks challenging and exciting career options.

Our college emblem symbolizes the best ideals for which our institute stands. The noble traditional values of glorious ancient culture as depicted through the symbols of this emblem from the supreme ideal we dearly cherish and sincerely endeavor to realize. We rightly feel proud that our college is the sacred temple of learning, consciously devoted, in pursuit of the ideal. The Sun rays, the book and the burning lamp represent the divine attributes which aim in dispelling darkness and spreading light

Objectives :

To offer undergraduate programmes in Science, Arts and Commerce and Postgraduate programmes in Science, Commerce and Management.

To involve the Alumni, staff and philanthropists for scholarships and awards to meritorious, physically challenged and economically backward students.
