KalpTaru Trust 2.33

The objectives and purposes of the Trust are and shall be:

a) To establish, run, maintain, support and/or to grant aid or financial assistance to schools, colleges, libraries, hostels, boarding houses, reading rooms, orphan and other similar institutions. Also, to collaborate with government programs like skill development, Digital India, etc. and also with other organizations to facilitate people to get benefit of these schemes.

b) To grant financial help, scholarship, stipends and other aids to student and to provide for their education.

c) To run and / or maintain institution or give donations contributions, monetary or financial assistance to individuals and/or to societies, institutions or organizations for the promotion and advancement of education literature, art, science or culture.

d) To provide students with books, scientific instruments and other appliances and / or render financial assistance or monetary aid to them for the purpose.

e) To grant relief by way of running and or maintaining Institutions or giving donations, contributions subscription, monetary or financial assistance or aids to the dumb, blind deaf, orphan, mentally retarded and physically handicapped and poor or needy person or to any organization or institutions established in respect thereof.

f) The Trust is being organized for the promotion of physical, mental, educational development and upliftment of all sections of society without any distinction of caste, creed or religion and in the interest of mankind in general.

g) To promote yoga centers for general public and to do everything to make this popular amongst the public.

h) To tender help monetary as well as in kind to the people affected by natural calamities.

i) To establish, run and/ or maintain or dispensaries, hospitals, Dawakhanas, maternity home and/or centers for dispensing or distributing medicines at any place in India for the benefit and use of the poor, needy, sick and sufferers and to provide them medicines, medical attendance or medical treatment or other aids to meet their expenses for the same or incidental thereto.

j) To award prizes in competitions of physical games and educational standards and to award scholarship for the needy and to provide ways and means of the upliftment of the poor and needy children or Individuals and to inculcate moral discipline in them.

k) To establish Home and colony for the aged and retired disabled, poor and needy.

l) To pay any sum of money by way of donations, subscriptions ,contributions, monetary aids/or financial assistance , to any society organization, institution, village, community, Seva Samiti or any person or persons or Association or Associations or person interested in, or carrying on, or desirous of carrying on the work and/or facilities for drinking or bathing water to the public and/or animals , cattle or birds at any place or place in India; or to any dispensary , hospital, Dawakhana, Sanatorium or any other institutions, organization or society or person or persons or associations or person interested in or providing medical facilities and or dispensing or distributing medicines among the needy, sick and the suffering.

m) Providing for the women literacy and self-employment oriented education and training through spreading awareness, financial assistance and construction and opening of institutes and training centers.

n) To establish, dig, construct, start , run maintain and/or to provide ponds , tube wells, open wells, tanks, hand pumps, pools and other sources of water supply etc. at any place or places in India for the use and benefit of the public in general.

o) To establish, run maintain and/or grant financial aid or assistance by way of contributions, subscription or donations to Goushalas.

p) To award prizes, medals etc. in schools, colleges, universities, to encourage students for higher and better education.

q) To render help, arrange for and encourage and promote celebrations for cultural, social and such other festivals and Jayanties as conductive to the objects of the trust.

r) To erect to maintain buildings, walls and all manner of structures and internal fixtures necessary for establishing and running of social institutions, for providing quarters for staff of such institutions for the conduct of meetings seminars, conference and such other activities for the attainment of objectives of the trust.

s) To purchase, lease, hire exchange or otherwise acquire any movable or immovable property in any place in India or abroad and also acquire existing institutions suited for the objectives of the Trust and to sell, lease, mortgage, dispose off, exchange , improve manage, develop, invest, withdraw, reinvest and otherwise deal with any stocks , shares bonds , moneys, securities and all kinds of movable or immovable property for all or any of the above objectives for which the Trust is established.

t) To invest, guarantee, secure and deal with moneys of the Trust for achieving the objectives of the Trust as may fit from time to time, be determined.

u) To pay all costs, charges, expenses of an incidental nature to the promotion, formation, registration and establishment of the Trust and to remunerate any person or persons for services rendered or to be, in the interest of the Trust for achievement of the objectives of the Trust.

v) To solicit and receive subscriptions donations, endowments gifts, movable or immovable, borrow, raise or secure payments for all or any of the objectives for which the Trust is established.

w) To preserve places of historical importance or natural beauty and to establish and maintain public parks and other recreation centers for use and benefit of the public in general.

x) AND GENERALLY to do other acts like tree plantation, help farmers in professional agriculture, fishery, etc. deeds and things as may be conductive to the attainment and furtherance or all or any of the above objects and purposes of the trust/or in any other way similar to them or relating thereto for the benefit of general public.
