Jagteshwari Steels was founded two decades ago by Late Sh. Jaswant Singh Bhatia in jalandhar with an aim to supply quality malleable cast iron pipe fittings to the users across India. Right from the stage of its incorporation, Jagteshwari Steels continue to maintain high quality of its products and as a result JTR brand pipe fittings are accepted not only in India but also in nearby countries.

In the beginning, the fittings up to sizes 100mm were introduced. However looking into the requirements of the market, later on fittings with sizes 125mm to 200mm were added. Today, Jagteshwari Steels has the technical capability to manufacture vast range and variety of pipe fittings. As per practice, in the beginning era, the malleable cast iron fittings were manufactured with rotary furnace technology. However, as per the market expectations, for better control over physical and chemical properties of the products, environment friendly induction furnace technology was adopted.

Annealing process is the backbone of malleable cast iron manufacturing process. Time to time in process up gradation for annealing technique was undertaken which has really improved the annealing quality of the fittings. This has definitely added a confidence in the product, as far as, compressive strength, machine ability, tensile strength and elongation parameters are concerned. Our Products with biggest sizes and wide variety have really created a reputation in the market. We are well aware about the expectations of the customers for corrosive resistant – long life pipe fittings. To achieve the best results, only hot dip galvanizing in bunches is carried out so as to add almost “fit and forget” concept in the product.
