Intellect Transform is a company founded by two NITK Surathkal and Bits Pilani alumni. We are software professionals with more than 12+ years of experience at well-known multinational organizations. We share an exceptional passion for teaching and have a great hold on technology. All the members of our team have conducted hundreds of interviews till today. The program “Thinking beyond cracking the interview” is a brain child from our group to transform the beginners in Computer Science into truly passionate software developers

What is The problem?
In spite of 100+ training institutes in the city we have more than 10 lakh job seekers at Bangalore. We have experienced that most of the candidates appearing for the Interviews would not make it, even with the awareness of programming language concepts, syntax and semantics. Reason for the same is the level of expectation in terms of the understanding of Operating System, usage of Data structures & algorithms and understanding the practices of RDBMS and Networking concepts and also the Software engineering practices.
