iMAD- I Make A Difference 4.99

I-M.A.D( I Make A Difference ) is a youth program that works for the underprivileged kids and focuses on improving communicative English and self confidence. It also intends to expose these kids to the various opportunities available.

We currently have 4 centers in Nasik as tie-ups with shelter homes and orphanages. Additionally, OPEN AIR PAATHSHAALA (literally, ‘Open Air School’) is our self-started, free learning center in Nashik that aims to empower the less privileged kids from slums via education. We provide free teaching to these kids on various subjects such as English, Math, Science, Arts and Crafts etc.

We work in half yearly programs called Seasons and each season lasts for 3 months (Jan - March and July - Sept ). A typical iMAD session takes place on every Sunday of these months from 10 am to 12 noon. We conduct a field trip for the kids at the end of every season with the aim of providing them industrial exposure and empowering their knowledge.

iMAD Global Connect Initiative (GCI) is a Skype based event to promote cross cultural exchange between less-privileged students from shelter homes and school students of different nationalities. GCI aims at exposing students to the globalized world, intercultural interactions, lifestyles, history, arts and literature of other nationalities and gain knowledge from global and cultural perspectives.
