Halcyon is the techno-management fest of HCET, Jabalpur, one of M.P’s premier technical institutions.Started in the year 2009, the idea of Halcyon was conceived with the aim to provide the technically inclined youth a platform, where their talent and expertise would be recognized and duly rewarded.Having grown exponentially since its previous years,Halcyon receives overwhelming participation from the student community all over the state.
