Guwahati Half Marathon 3.93

Guwahati Half Marathon was organized for the first time in August, 2009 under the Social Initiatives Module of Techniche 2009. We had received very good response for the event from Guwahati city. The participation was more than 1000.

For the second time, Guwahati Half Marathon was organized in August, 2010. In 2010, we had received overwhelming response from all over North-East India. We had more than 3500 participants. Zublee Baruah, eminent female singer from the North-East India and Akash Chopra, Indian Cricketer were Brand Ambassadors for Guwahati Half Marathon 2010. Also, we had witnessed performances by one of the world’s largest Parkour groups 'American Parkour', during the closing ceremony. The latest edition of Guwahati Half Marathon was organized on 28th August 2016 which witnessed participation of 5k+ people.
