GWECA is the first & solitary Women Engineering College of Rajasthan in the whole Northern India. Honorable Chief Minister Smt. Vasundhra Raje laid the foundation stone of this college on 30thApril, 2007.GWECA campus is on a sprawling 30 acres plot of land in a serene panoramic setting with an eminent ITI campus on one side and the glorious Polytechnic campus on the other side. It is located on the National Highway No. 79(Ajmer-Nasirabad-Bicholia via Chittorgarh) at Nasirabad Road, Makhupura Ajmer. GWECA is conveniently approachable through rail and road.
