A big part of our daily diet today consists of chemical preservatives, pesticides and more such harmful substances. At Frenchtoast we are constantly in the process of trying to eliminate these harmful chemicals from our food.

The trouble with getting rid of chemicals is that it accelerates the growth of bacteria, and with a climate like our's which is conducive to growth, we have to spend on expensive refrigeration to maintain the temperature of our products.
