Due to our incredible love for lndian produce we are proud to be associated with lndian farmers and producers who have a rich culture in growing high quality fruits, vegetables and grains. Today we have access to amazing individuals in India; cheese makers with a world class repertoire and quality of cheeses, farmers growing San Mazano tomatoes, chefs making their own sausages, organic honey and fruit & vegetable growers, all of whom we have built personal relationships with.

The most important aspects of using local produce are sustainability, freshness and a low food cost, allowing us to be bold with local fruits and vegetables that are guaranteed to bring back the nostalgia of our childhood all the while serving food at an excellent price point.
