This project is financially assisted by Ministry Of Food Processing Industries, Govt Of India; under their Mega Food Park Scheme. The Mega Food Park scheme is aimed at creating food processing infrastructure in a food production cluster with 150 – 200 km peripheral catchment area, The attempt is too narrow the gap between food production and food processing by providing neighborhood processing infrastructure and thereby reducing wastage of perishable items.
