The guiding philosophy of Eptitude is that students who coach with us are children and not mere numbers. The team at Eptitude, therefore, considers itself as mentors rather than trainers.

The founder of Eptitude has successfully mentored hundreds of students for CLAT, BBA examinations, CAT and GMAT. He has also mentored students to achieve their dreams of studying in their dream colleges abroad.

The entire team at Eptitude possesses academic credentials almost impossible to beat.

List of our mentors:

Abhishek Anand ( Founder): Beginning in 2010, Abhishek Anand has mentored hundreds of students for CAT, CLAT and GMAT. Andy has conducted several successful workshops all over Delhi – in IIT Delhi, in SRCC and in several schools. What sets him apart from several other people in the coaching and training industry is the astounding success rate of his students. His incredible energy in the classroom, his ability to connect at a personal level with his students and his quirky yet elegant approach to Logical Reasoning have made him one of the most sought after mentors in the country. An SRCC graduate and an alumnus of IIM Bangalore, Abhishek is passionate about dance, trekking, photography and the next student in whose life he is going to make a difference.

Anand Venkatesan: Anand Venkatesan often wonders whether numbers, logic and the complex world of Quantitative Aptitude is his passion or profession. And he is similarly ambiguous about his love of biking and Led Zeppelin. In a world filled with men torn between their work and their passions, Anand, an Electrical Engineer from one of the most coveted institutes in entire Southern India (Vellore Institute of Technology) and an MBA from India's top B-School (IIM Bangalore), lives his passion for numbers every single day as a Quantitative Aptitude instructor. Having left behind a very promising career in one of India's leading FMCG companies (spanning responsibilities in Sales & Distribution, Brand Activation and Market Research) Anand now creates breakthrough results for students in the field of Maths and English Grammar.

Danish Hasnain: Danish Hasnain, a post graduate from National Law School of India University (NLSIU) Bangalore. There are various credits and distinctions in his name which include being a Research Assistant to Hon’ble Chief Justice of India at Supreme Court of India. Thereafter, he gained first-hand experience in Legal and regulatory regime of Banking and finance as he was associated with leading international bank of the country. He has also worked with one of the top law firms where amongst others he gained a significant experience in advising domestic and cross border business transactions, litigation in the High Court and Supreme Court of India. In view of his credentials he was appointed as consultant (Legal) to Planning Commission of India.

There are various research papers and articles published in national & international journals accredited in his name. Recently, he was invited as guest to share his views on Public health and policy at the Annual Meeting & Exposure of American Public Health Association, at New Orleans (LA).

Why Us?

At Eptitude, we believe in imparting relevant education and developing skill sets amongst students that will help them clear these aptitde tests. All our instructors are experts in their respective subjects.

Following are the guiding principles for us:-

1. Research based exhaustive content: Our content team has developed course curriculum after analyzing past year papers. We prepare our students with all the possible challenges that they can encounter in the exam. The study material and practice exercises are so exhaustive that no paper can be a surprise for our students.

2.Mentors not Teachers: All our instructors consider themselves as mentors of the students and they strive hard to be accepted as a mentor by the students. The instructors are from the premier institutes and have worked with companies that are dream organizations for majority of people. Though they deserve respect because of their unmatched credentials, they don’t take their acceptance by students for granted. They have their well-defined class plans and despite their teaching experience they always come prepared for each class. As a mentor, they create an environment where students feel free to ask questions. No two students are same and, therefore, our instructors pay personal attention to all our students. Once a student accepts an instructor as a mentor he/she become coachable which is critical in getting the desired result from the students.

3. Focus on skills development: An aptitude test is a different ball game all together. Small things make huge difference in the overall performance. Things like which section to attempt first, what questions to be attempted and what questions to be left, reading speed and so forth are small things but go a long way in helping to clear the aptitude tests. At eptitude it is the task of the mentors to help develop/hone the identified skill sets amongst students.

4. Testing: “Anything that can’t be measured cannot be managed”- We believe in this philosophy and, therefore, we provide tools to measure the performance of all our students. We do this by giving students more than sufficient number of practice tests. Our aim here is to make these tests as close as possible to the real tests so that a student gets a fair idea of his/her preparation for the respective exams.

5. Analysis: What is a good Test to Analysis ratio in terms of the time spent? A minimum of 1:2 ratio is to be followed, that is, if a student takes a one hour test he needs to spend at least two hours to analyze it. We not only analyze student’s performance but we also empower students to analyze their own performance. This helps the students in setting their own plans for the next test. We also keep parents in the loop by conducting parents-mentors meeting at regular intervals.
