Our team of personal trainers will get you going on the fast track to good health and long life.
Our certified trainers will assess your fitness needs on Body Composition, Obesity Diagnosis, BMI, Percent Body Fat, WHR, Segmental Analysis for fit & lean mass and protein & mineral content in the body tests. Your personal fitness regime will be moulded based on the result of the above tests.
