Drishti takes a look at the culture and heritage of India and in turn guides the audience to look at their country as their motherland……as their MOTHER. This patriotic play tells its story from 3 different perspectives.

DRISHTI is a well packaged play for audiences of various age bands. My reading of Dr. APJ. Abdul Kalam’s Wings of Fire ignited my mind to embark on this wonderful journey of DRISHTI. It has been a soul satisfying experience trying to reach audiences of different age bands and present to them the real perspective of their motherland and also sensitize them on their duties to their motherland.

The music tracks for the same are OST (Original Sound Tracks) composed exclusively for the play and the wonderful 9 minute Indan Folk Dance theme has been choreographed by Padmabhushan. Guru. Smt & Shri. V. P. Dhananjayan.

Also the back stage management is done by a group of trained students aged between 10 & 14 years.

DRISHTI has marked the launch the Chennai’s 1st Professional Children Theatre Team both onstage & back stage.
