Dhyana Sadhana is located in Bogadi, in the periphery of the city of Mysore, is accessible on the ring road. It is ideally designed amidst the evergreen coconut grove and well laid garden facilitating a serene atmosphere for prayer and recollection in about an acre and half which was donated by the Cloistered Carmelites sisters of Bogadi, Mysore. It is close to the university campus and is also surrounded by many religious and cultural institutions

Dhyana Sadhana, Center for Holistic spirituality, is an Institute primarily meant for promotion of authentic Christian spirituality and holiness to all those who seek it; especially those who want to dedicate their life in service of education, formation to the consecrated life, institutional and community leadership etc. It is an expression of the particular charism and ministry the Carmelite Order is called to render to the Church and the world today.

ANIMATION PROGRAMME 2017-18

DS1 An Eight-month Certificate Course in Spirituality
For Senior Women Religious. 40 + years(20st July to 10th March ) every year.

The course is mainly designed for the senior religious to renew and revitalize their spiritual life. Deals with the topics such as Contemplative Prayer and Mysticism, Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Teachings on Christian Spirituality, on Psycho-Spiritual Growth, Emotional Quotients, Mid-Life Crisis and Ageing Gracefully. With rich community experience, meaningful liturgical celebrations, guided prayer sessions, the religious are
accompanied with personal counseling and spiritual direction.

Deals with the topics such as psycho-sexual integration, inner healing, counseling skills, psycho-spiritual integration, emotional growth and appropriate mind management, Biblical Discipleship, Prayer and Mysticism and
