The main objective of Telangana State Police is to have a cooperative relationship with citizens, spreading awareness and removal of misconceptions and improving Police - Public behaviour.
Launched Face book Page which acts as a direct Communication platform for Police and Citizens as the interaction between Police and Community on a regular basis will help Police in improving its service delivery standards on a continual basis.
Page aims at:
Enable Public communicate to Police about felt needs of policing, and enable Police to evolve and implement strategies to address the felt needs.
To enable Police to Keep public informed of the initiatives and actions taken by them in terms of Crime Prevention, Crime Detection, Maintenance of Law & Order, Surveillance over Crime & Criminals, Citizen Grievance Redressal, Emergency Response Management, Collection of Intelligence, Community Policing, Prosecution of Criminals and above all General Safety and Security of Communities.
To enable Public to enroll themselves as active Partners in policing activities through community policing initiatives. Enable the public to give the feedback on quality of various services provided by Police and to communicate their appreciation to the Police Personnel for the good work turned out by Police for strengthening the safety and security of the people.
To enable the Police to transform themselves into tech savvy Police Organizations and be a part of modern day community interfaces.
