CrossFit Genome is a community based Strength & Conditioning program designed to Optimize Fitness. To be fit and physically competent to handle all of the challenges in life is no small endeavor.
We follow a regimen of constantly varied (CV), functional movements (FM) performed at high intensity (@HI) in a communal environment, leading you to better health and fitness.

Functional exercises tend to be ‘multijoint, multimuscle’ exercises that we use every day and are not dictated by an exercise machine or other fancy gym equipment. This type of training, properly applied, can make everyday activities easier, reduce your risk of injury and improve your quality of life.
The coaches at CrossFit Genome are certified by NSCA, USA and actively train professional athletes from the NCA (National Cricket Academy), IPL (Indian Premier League), BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) and the IHL (Indian Hockey League). They understand best, the body dynamics of individuals of varied physical abilities/ages and scale the ‘intensity level’ of the WOD’s (Workout of the day) for maximum session performance.

As you work to become a fitter and healthier person, we will help you enhance and understand aspects of Movement, Fitness and Nutrition.

The community starts with a welcoming handshake, a smile, a quick hello… but then becomes a support system, a group of like-minded individuals who often become lifelong friends. It’s this community that gets you to the box, through the workout and makes you want to come back for more
