Country Club Fitness FTX Aurangabad 3.3

Based on a technology first introduced in Australia, each workout session at FTX studio in Aurangabad will last for 45 minutes. 9 LCD screens will broadcast the exercises for the day and members can use Country Club Android and iOS mobile app to book and cancel the fitness classes. A fitness style designed to work with a timer, everyday the FTX studio will have classes based on different themes, including endurance, core and strength. Each day, the studio will host a new layout with different exercises, thus helping individuals to achieve their fitness goals easily. Experienced trainers, world-class equipment, lockers, separate change and shower rooms for each gender and numerous, air-conditioned interiors and other facilities are provided as part of the member services.
