CIPT 2.83

The Centers for International Projects Trust (CIPT) is the India Office of the Columbia Water Center. Affiliated with the Earth Institute at Columbia University in New York, the Center is uniquely positioned to apply rigorous, multi-disciplinary research to solve difficult on-the-ground water resources and climate-related water risk problems.

In collaboration with government agencies, civil society and private sector partners, CIPT is developing new models and research paradigms for effective water and energy management in various States of India. We work towards providing rigorous, research-based knowledge as the foundation for various field based initiatives involving the local communities, government, non-government and private partners.
