DYNAMIC / STATIC CHECK WEIGHER.
After the product is ready & packed & before dispatching it to final packaging it needs to be
checked online for exact weighment Online Check Weigher is required & at the same time
the packaged shipper or corrugated box needs to be checked & verified before dispatch to
Distributor / Dealer / End user it needs to be verified by putting a Static Check Weigher.
Specifications for both online & static checkweighing system varies as per product &
application.
DRUM / CAN FILLING SYSTEM.
Available in top filling, surface and sub-surface filling models for liquids of any viscosity and
composition. Ensures fast, accurate and drip free filling of liquids in drums / canes from 5 kg
to 500 kg. Accuracy of filling as high as 0.05 %. Advanced user-friendly facilities such as
Auto Taring, Automatic in-flight compensation, Dual speed filling, Auto removal and Auto
capping. Complete custom built filling stations with all related conveying mechanism and
automatic Drum Alignment Systems. Specifications vary as per application & product.
TANK / VESSEL / HOOPER / REACTOR WEIGHING / BATCHING SYSTEM.
This is the most advanced method of feeding required quantity of ingredients into a batch
reactor with very high accuracy. The entire process of mixing various components in their
required proportions can be automated. These facilities not only speed up the preparation of
the batches but through additions of precise proportions also ensures the consistency and
accuracy of in the final product. Specifications vary as per application, product & process.
LABEL / TICKET PRINTING SCALES

In addition to above range to products, we also have variety of Weighing Indicator
with different type of outputs used in latest process technologies as per customer
requirement & also have range to Load cells with different capacities & models for

NT-Series:- Low end application & also available for high end application in process
weighing. Application in Batching control, Truck Scale, Automated Weighing
System, Packer / Hooper Scale, Tension / Compression Tester.
CI-Series:- Low End & High end process application with necessary outputs, application in
High Speed Weighing Process, Limit Scale, Counting Scale, Fork lift Scale, Test
Device, Platform Scale.
BI – Series:- Normal weighing application with RS232 interface for Wash Down application.
EXPLOSION Proof Indicators:- Weighing / Process indicators for hazardous environment
with ZONE-2 application with required out puts as per process weighing.
