After months of planning and preparation, we’re ready to launch our new business….
It gives us great pleasure to announce the opening of our new retail business (ecommerce) www.BuyHomade.com. The online store for Homemade/Hand made products. In opening this new business, we are hoping to fill the needs of enthusiasts like yourself who encourage Homemade/Hand made/Organic products.
Piece by piece we turned our business idea into a business plan and then into a real company. We put everything we have learned out in the corporate world into something for the creative world. We had incredible support along the way, from family and friends. We can never thank them enough.
Something about the BuyHomade experience had captivated us. We had seen so many artisans come alive to their own creativity and talent, and the choices they wanted to make in their lives. And we recognised two things.
Firstly, there was nothing like it in India, where ‘art’ tend to be all about learning traditional techniques.
Secondly, I noticed that the space created by “BuyHomade” somehow cracked open old trunks of buried dreams about making money from creativity. But there was no way to capture this, build on the ideas, get practical advice from people who had made a success of creative business, and put the wheels in motion to realise those dreams. And so my business was born.

The store offers a full line of creative Hand made products from Home décor, Herbs and spices, Soaps, cosmetics, baby products, Jewelry, return gifts, chocolates, adult/kids accessaries and much more.
