I started my career of teaching English as a foreign language to students in Dubai 16 years back,where I learned the basics of teaching spoken English to students from multi lingual backgrounds.This was a turning point in my career and I continued to teach English in Kerala successfully-setting up my own institute in my native place.During the course of time I also acquired experience in teaching specialized courses in English( IELTS,TOEFL,Business English..etc)and also obtained international certificates in teaching English from Linguaphone LTD London,Cambridge ESOL..Now we are opening an institute "Academy of English at Kowdiar,Trivandrum.The institution opens 26th April,2015.Anyone interested in learning English in this new,different and efficient way as acknowledged by British Council are invited to join the courses offered..Shylaja Ashok
