"Biriyani Zone" is the only restaurant in the horizon which follows the oldest form of cooking, that is on fire wood & Coal. “The Hyderabadi Biriyani” which is our specialty is prepared with meat marinated with spices and again soaked in yogurtbefore cooking. The meat is sandwiched between layers of fragrant long-grained basmati rice and is cooked on dum (steaming over coals), after sealing the handi (vessel) with a layer of dough. This challenging process & meticulous attention to time and temperature ensures that the biryani is not over or undercooked and the meat is tender.
