managed closely held Public Limited Company incorporated under the provisions of
the Indian Companies Act-1956 on 7th April 2008, having its registered office at Nehru Park Road, Surajpur, Surguja, [Chhattisgarh]-497229. Before entering in to corporate world the promoters of the company were working under a Partnership Firm in the name & style of M/s BAJRANG LAL AGRAWAL, Nehru Park Road, Surajpur, Surguja, [Chhattisgarh] - 497229, a Partnership Firm registered under the provisions of Indian Partnership Act- 1932 in the year 1999-2000, and w.e.f. 2nd May 2008 the Firm has been succeeded by Barbrik Project Limited along with all assets & liabilities as a going concern basis. All the partners of the firm have become the shareholders and/or directors of the Company. The Company is being promoted by PRA Group of Surajpur, Surguja [Chhattisgarh]-497229.
