The foundation of Agarwal Public School, established on June 18, 1995 was laid by Late. Smt.Chameli Devi Agarwal mother of Purushottam Agarwal. The school is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE affiliation no: 1030084). It is a co-educational school from Nursery to Class XII, having Day Boarding facilities for both girls and boys, and residential facilities for both girls and boys from class one. The school offers Mathematics, Biology and Commerce as optional streams at Seniors secondary Levels.

The Junior wing provides a beautiful setting for the fledgling childhood to grow and learn naturally. The building houses classes from Nursery to Grade V. It is equipped with a plethora of facilities providing modern learning tools to the growing minds such as specially designed toy rooms, four corner rooms, puppetry , theatre, audio-visual rooms, junior computer lab and library. The senior wing is designed with a view of providing all facilities required for senior classes from VI to XII in addition to the science labs (Physics, Chemistry and biology), computer labs, library and senior management office.

With a goal to provide a physically fit generation, APS has collected an array of facilities for conducting various sports activities unmatched in central parts of India. All indoor sports activities are supported by high quality equipment and sports kits. Sports activities include swimming, rifle shooting, skating, roller hockey, table tennis, badminton, gymnastics, judo, karate and aerobics. In addition to indoor sports, APS has a vast playground for various outdoor sports such as cricket, deco turf tennis, football, basketball, volleyball, athletics, kho-kho.
