Vegan-ism is an attitude and a way of modern life. which rejects the exploitation and harm to animals. Vegan-ism is not just a practice but also my vision for the future.
What is Vegan?
It is one step further from Vegetarianism. It eliminates all dairy and animal derived ingredients. It does not limit your diet but, in fact, it upgrades it. Dairy Products are substituted with oils, flax seeds, honey, oats etc. It is a boon for the Lactose-intolerant ones.
Why go Vegan?
Vegan diet is high in dietary fiber, magnesium, folic acid, vitamin C, vitamin E, iron and low in fat and cholesterol.
