Aarogyalay - As the name suggests it is a program which aims for wellness. It simply means arogya+ vidhyallaya,
Wellness In Schools.

We are pleased to announce a new initiative AAROGYALAY - a program devised to spread awareness about HEALTH IN SCHOOLS through Ayurveda.

As the name suggests, it stands for 'Aarogya'
in 'Vidyalay' which will encompass total wellness education to school students, by integrating Health as an
important part of curriculum.

This shall be achieved through organizing Workshops, Inter/Intra-School Competitions and organizing Mini Expos and Health Carnivals around the theme of Health & Wellness.

Our modern age proudly displays a lifestyle where work, communication, business, travel
and study has been made extremely easy for man, with various gadgets, machines
equipped with previously unheard-of electronic technology. In spite of these comforts, life
has become more complex and competitive for students. Students find themselves more
under stress than ever before because with the modern technology and lifestyle, more is
demand of them.
We must observe that a paradigm shift is taking place in favor of Ayurveda as a source of
wellness in today's time. Ayurveda, the ancient practice of healthcare is being accepted
and followed more than ever. No wonder today we can see plethora of products and
services in the category of Ayurveda and other alternate practices that are being bought
over the counter every day.
It is only now that we have opened our arms to Ayurveda and wellness. We have seen young adults
lapping it up and Ayurveda is entering into our households through them.
