What IS Exercise Rehabilitation?

Australians call it Applied Exercise Physiology, to South Africans its Biokinetics, and to Raanana-ans, we call it the next best thing!

Exercise Rehab is defined as the science of movement and the application of exercise in rehabilitative treatment or performance.

We treat your aches and pains (chronic or acute) effectively, using types of exercise.

We treat a range of different struggles. These include:
