In the middle of 1981 Valera Gavrielov Sensei came back from Italy with SHODAN rank from SKIF. Since 1981 until 1986, he was teaching under the name SKII (Italy) as a student of Miura Hanshi.
At the beginning of 1986 Valera Gavrielov Sensei as the Chief Instructor & Chairman, Mr. Amos Shtivy as the President and Mr. Avi Klau as the General Secretary started the procedures to open the Organization in Israel as a Non profit association.
