The focus of these 'professional' genealogists is to find records from your ancestors so that you can learn their names, and where they came

from.

Mearba Kanfot Haaretz does that as well, but at about half the cost with no expensive committment up front.

What is our method.

First off -- the first hour is free. Your first hour of research is always free -- and the goal of that hour is to build your ancestor tree

to at least the 8 great, grandparent level and as many of your 16 great, great, grandparents that we can. The great, grandparent level is

nice -- but going down to present day from that level will only get you your 2nd Cousins -- some of those you may not know you had, but

oftentimes you already know a handful of your 2nd Cousins. But the typical individual has 20-30 2nd Cousins but multiple hundreds of 3rd

Cousins. That's what Mearba Kanfot Haaretz excels at finding for you.
To get there, we first need to get to your 16 great, great, grandparent level. In most cases we can identify all of those within the first 3

hours of research. You can pay for the research hour by hour -- which with current rates is 200 SH/hour -- or you can get a 90% guarantee by

paying a flat fee of 500 SH.

Once we get to the great, great, grandparent level, then the 3rd Cousin search begins in earnest. We do what other companies do not do by

using record analysis to trace FORWARD genealogy to find your current living relatives.
Usually we can find you your first 3rd Cousin within the first 5 hours of research. So if you figure that at an hourly rate is a cost of

approximately 1000 SH, you can of course continue to pay by the hour if you choose. But if you prefer, you can opt for the FIND MY 3rd COUSINS

FAST route, and pay a flat fee of 700 SH to find your first 3rd Cousin.
