Kuchinate is a collective of African asylum seeking women living in Tel Aviv, Israel. The aim of the Kuchinate is to produce beautifully designed crocheted baskets, poufs and carpets for your pleasure and use.This collective is unique in that it is an income generating as well as a psycho social project providing economic, social and psychological empowerment to over 70 women.
