We started off as a home based business, simply baking challahs for a few friends and neighbors, but quickly the requests for challahs increased and we grew into a factory in the industrial zone. As it seems we aren't the only ones who are looking high quality breads, better than what you can get at the local bakeries. We perfected our recipes, ironed out the details and made sure that as we scaled bigger none of our quality or taste would be lost in the process. Here we are today - baking for caterers, event planners, institutions and the larger Bet Shemesh community.
Besides for our persistence in providing only the best, we are known for our specialty rolls that are seen at events and simchas.
