קהילת משכנות רות דניאל פתוחה בפני תושבי יפו וסביבותיה, ובפני כל המחפש לחוות קבלות שבת, חגים, שיעורים ואירועים נוספים ברוח שיוויונית ובאווירה משפחתית. הקהילה היא מקום בו השבת והחגים, הימים מיוחדים בלוח השנה העברי והארועים בחיים האישיים מקבלים משמעות מיוחדת שמעשירה את החיים.

בקהילה מתקיימים שיעורים ובתי מדרש המיועדים לכל החפץ ללמוד, ללא צורך בידע מוקדם.

הקהילה שמה לה למטרה להשתלב בתוך חיי קהילת יפו על גווניה השונים, כולל: יהודים וערבים (נוצרים ומוסלמים), חדשים וותיקים, צעירים ומבוגרים כחלק מתפישת עולם פלורליסטית ואמונה שלמה בתיקון עולם.

The last few years have witnessed the transformation of Jaffa. The newly renovated Jaffa port has become a popular destination for Israelis and tourists; the rediscovered flea market draws people looking for good food and culture; the Tel Aviv College, located in the heart of Jaffa, serves over 8,000 students; and young professionals are moving in. In this environment, Mishkenot Ruth Daniel is thriving. Our mission in Jaffa is to be an active player in strengthening Jaffa by bringing visitors from Israel and abroad to see its impressive sights and learn about its rich history and to improve relations between the Arab and Jewish populations in that mixed city. This center, which opened its doors in 2007, serves as an educational, religious and community center, and offers lodging in 60 well-appointed guest rooms to groups as well as individuals.
