שלום. שמי גיל ואני בוגר 4 שנות לימוד ברפואה סינית (דיקור, צמחי מרפא) בקמפוס ברושים, אוניברסיטת ת"א. בנוסף, אני בוגר התמחות שנתית בתזונה סינית מקרוביוטית עם אייל שפרינגר.

בעברי, אני בעל תואר ראשון בביולוגיה מולקולרית מאוניברסיטת לונדון ותואר דוקטור מאוניברסיטת אוקספורד, שם התמחתי בחקר הסרטן ולאחריו המשכתי במלגת פוסט-דוקטורט של האיחוד הארופי (EMBO) במכון ויצמן בחקר תהליכי מוות בתאים (אפופטוזיס).

לפני שהתחלתי בלימודי הרפואה הסינית, עבדתי בחברת טבע במשך 13 שנה, בה ניהלתי את תחום מחלת הטרשת הנפוצה כך שאני מכיר ומוקיר היטב את נפלאות הרפואה המערבית ויחד עם זאת חושב שלרפואה סינית יש הרבה יותר מה לתרום לאיזון היום יומי ולשמירה על הבריאות. אתם מוזמנים לנסות.

Hi. My name is Gil and I am a certified Traditional Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine and Nutrition) therapist from Borshim Campus, Tel Aviv University. In addition, I have a completed a diploma in Chinese & Macrobiotic Nutrition with Eyal Shpringer.


I have a BSc in Molecular Biology from Imperial College, University of London and a PhD from Oxford University, where I specialized in Cancer Research and published extensively. I then continued to research processes of programmed cell death as a European Union (EMBO) Post-doctoral fellow at the Weizmann Institute, Rehovot, Israel.

Before studying Chinese medicine, I worked in Teva Pharmaceuticals for 13 years, leading the Global Multiple Sclerosis business. Though I appreciate the benefits of Western Medicine, I've come to believe that Chinese Medicine has a lot more to offer in restoring balance and maintaining well-being.
