Already in its second year, Bar-Ilan University’s International B.A. Programs present aspiring students with new and exciting options for studying in Israel in the English language. An alternative to the rising costs of higher-education programs worldwide, the International B.A. Programs allow students to study in Israel without having to make the compromises on academic excellence inherent in learning in a foreign language.
