FAQ:

Q: How long does a tour last?
A: Tours are around 1 hour long.

Q: Can we visit the museum without a guided tour?
A: No you may not. Museum visits require advance booking and a guided tour.

Q: Is the tour Suitable for children?
A: Children as part of a family visit may visit at any age, however we recommend entry from the age of 10 or older. Children under the age of 6 do not pay entry fees.

Q: Do you give private tours or evening tours?
A: Yes we do. The cost of private tours and after hour tours is higher than regular group tours. Further information on private tours is given upon calling to book tours.

Q: How can we get to you by public transportation?
A: The Rehovot Train Station is 20 minutes walking distance from our museum, you may also take a taxi from that train station and it's around a 3 minute drive. You may also get to the Rehovot Central Bus Station and take a taxi from there.

Q: How far are you from Jerusalem or Tel-Aviv?
A: We are around 45 minutes drive by car from Jerusalem (without traffic) and a 30 minute drive (without traffic) from Tel-Aviv.

Q: Do you sell food at the museum?
A: The museum has a small cafeteria selling snacks, drinks and coffee, we do not sell food. It is possible to pre-order a meal - for groups OVER 30 people with advance notice only.

Q: Can we bring our own food?
A: You are NOT allowed to bring food or drinks into the tour. Food brought from outside can only be eaten at the outer compound on our picnic tables, not inside the lobby or during the tour.

Q: Can we take pictures?
A: Sure you can!
