בר הצעצוע פונה לקהל הסטודנטים בגילאי ה 24 - 35
ומאכלס בדרך קבע אנשי תקשורת ועיתונאים זרים לצד סגלי קונסוליות ועובדי האו"ם שאימצו את המקום כביתם השני בירושלים
המקום מאופיין בשתי קומות, הקומה העליונה הינה בר סטודנטים
שיקי חמים ושכונתי קמעה
קומת המרתף הינה לאונג' ניו יורקי תוסס
בה ניתן לשבת על הבר, בספות ישיבה נמוכות
בשעות המאוחרות הופכת קומת הלאונג' לרחבת ריקודים
שמארחת את מיטב הדיג'ייז המקומיים.
במקום תפריט אלכוהול מגוון, מבחר בירות ויינות
לצד תפריט אוכל ונשנושים קלים
