לפני מספר שנים אובחנתי כחולה צליאק.
הגעגוע לטעמים מפעם הובילו אותי לתהליך ארוך אך משתלם, בסופו נולדה בירת מידן –
בירה אדמונית, לא מסוננת בטעם משובח!

הבירה מיוצרת מלתת כוסמת ומלתת גרגירי חומוס, ללא חומרים משמרים וללא תוספת אנזימים.
קו הייצור מוכשר גם הוא ולאורך תהליך הייצור נערכות בדיקות המוודאות את תקנת בריאות הציבור בנושא סימון גלוטן.

בקרוב (מאי 2015) אנו פותחים את המבשלה החדשה שלנו בכרמיאל ומקווים שתגיעו בהמוניכם לטעום, להתרשם מפיתוח כחול- לבן ולהיות חלק ממפעל החיים ההולך- וגדל שלנו :)

הבירה נמכרת בבקבוקים בנפח 330 מ"ל, מכילה כ-5.2% אלכוהול והכי חשוב - הולכת מצוין עם אוכל ללא גלוטן!

In 2006, Bryan Meadan was diagnosed with Celiac disease and a few short years later started brewing his Gluten Free Ales. Celiacs and gluten sensitive people have trouble finding a good tasting gluten free beer that is not made from barley and added enzymes to remove the gluten. Meadan Craft Beer is made from completely gluten free materials, is Kosher for Passover, has less calories than regular and other gluten free beers, and has no added enzymes.

We produce a high quality beer for both the gluten-intolerant, as well as those looking for a unique boutique beer. Our brews are malted specially for this market, and the secret of the light beer is, well, secret. Most gluten free beers are high in calories, and there is no light alternative other than ours.

In May 2015, we will be opening our new brewery in Karmiel. Join us for a tasting and a tour when you're in the area.
