מרכז ליוגה ומדיטציה למתרגלים מנוסים וגם למתחילים, ברח' שמואל הנגיד בלב העיר ירושלים.

שיעורים קבועים באשטנגה יוגה, שיבננדה יוגה, ויניאסה יוגה, קונדליני יוגה, ןיג'נאנה ועוד. כמו כן מתקיימים מפגשי מדיטציה בכניסה חופשית.

מטרת המרכז הינה להעניק בכל אחד מהשיעורים פעילות גופנית מחזקת ומחיה, התנסות בחוויה המדיטטיבית, הקלת מתיחות נפשית וגופנית, והעשרה פילוסופית של המחשבה וההגות היוגית.
