בעל כ – 15 שנות ניסיון בתחום המשפט המסחרי בכלל והמיסויי בפרט, אותו צברתי, בין היתר, ברשות המסים לישראל, ואצל המשרדים הגדולים והמובילים בישראל: דר' אבי אלתר (ז"ל) ושות', משרד עורכי הדין גרוס, חודק, קלינהנדלר, הלוי, גרינברג ושות' ומשרד רואי החשבון בריטמן, אלמגור, זהר ושות'. השתתפתי בכתיבת הספר "אמנות מס – 111 טבלאות השוואה של אמנות המס של ישראל", כיהנתי כמרצה במכללה למנהל במשך עשור וכמנהל האקדמי בתחום החשבונאות והמסים (המכללה למנהל - שלוחת גינת), וחיברתי מאמרים וכתבות בעיתונות הכתובה והאלקטרונית ובירחונים מקצועיים. כמו כן, הנני מכהן כ'דירקטור' בחברה בינ"ל גדולה. השכלה: עו"ד (06/2004), יועץ מס (1999) וכן בוגר תואר שני (2007) במשפטים מאונ' ת"א במסלול משפט מסחרי

Yaron Eli & Co - Tax Law Office was formed by Yaron Eli in 2015.
We provide services in the areas of corporate, M&A transactions, Hi-Tech and commercial law matters and in all aspects of tax law, for both companies and individuals, including representation before the various tax authorities in Israel. We have extensive experience in assessment proceedings and in representing taxpayers before the tax authorities, including advising clients with respect to a variety of corporate and individual tax matters, and tax planning for corporations and individuals. I have more than 15 years of legal experience in general, and tax law in particular, which I gained working in the largest and leading firms in Israel as follows:

A. Deloitte Israel as a Senior Manager in the Tax Group;
B. Gross, Kleinhendler, Hodak, Halevy, Greenberg & Co. (GKH) as an Associate;
C. Dr Avi Alter - one of Israel's largest tax law firms - as a lawyer; and
D. The Israeli Tax Authority - as a member of the legal department.

I contributed to the writing of "Tax Treaties - 111 Comparison Tables of Israel's Tax Treaties" and I am the author of numerous articles in professional journals. I also lecture in the Accounting Department of the Management College, and serves as a Non Executive Director of a large international corporation.
