Zumba is for everybody and every body. 2 left feet, 2 right feet, no rythm, no co-ordination... I've heard them all and think of all that they're not important. WHY? Because it doesn't matter how you good or not good you can DANCE in my class, it's about having a great FEELING during and after the class. And that.... I can give you.
