Vitality is many things. It’s a yoga studio, an antigravity yoga hub, a holistic treatment room, and a source for learning about all things yoga and wellness.

Vitality was born in 2005, and has grown over the years along with my love for anything connected with yoga, wellness and healing.

Vitality encompasses all of my yoga classes, holistic treatments, corpoate work, retreats and teaching.
