Veginity is a plant based Food Truck in Portobello, Dublin 2, serving the best of world inspired street food. Richmond Place South is located just down the lane way off Richmond Street South. The food truck is parked in an industrial warehouse with big open doors but out of the weather.

The food truck is run by the Australian Chef Mark Senn who has been vegetarian for over 20 years and worked in the famous Mildred’s of Soho (London) and was Head Chef of Soul Mama (Melbourne). He ran the vegan video cooking website Veginity.com and self-published his first cook book “Losing my Veginity”.

The pursuit of good vegetarian and vegan food came from when he became vegetarian himself and thought there should be more to eating than just meatless dishes. This has led him to experiment with different techniques and ingredients in the search of amazing vegan and vegetarian foods. To gain a better and deeper understating he has at times been a raw foodist, vegan and gluten free and draws on this intimate knowledge to bring amazing dishes from all these fields.
