We see our clients as individuals, working in partnership with them to create personalised, integrated and evolving solutions across Movement (Rowing, Pilates,Yoga, TRX, Fusion Classes, Mobility Classes, , Bodyworks (Treatments, Massage, Infra-Red Sauna, Skincare), Nutrition (consultation and programmes) and Mind Matters (life coaching, Career coaching, Mindfulness and Meditation). We do this through a unique H.A.P.P.I.E Methodology or as separate modules - or you can just pop in!.

We also have a societal purpose. The world is off balance with obesity, mental health issues on the rise and a general state of disconnection and turmoil. The World is turning on itself. Simply put we want the world to breathe again. Taking a few seconds to stop in your tracks and actually BREEEEEEEATHE.
