Vahey Horticultural Services was established in 2015 by Michael Vahey. He holds a Certificate in Horticulture FETAC Level 5 which he completed in 2002, followed by a Bachelor of Science Degree in Horticulture HETAC Level 7 from Blanchardstown Institute of Technology in 2005. Since then he has been in the horticultural industry carrying out landscaping and garden design work for private individuals, architects, government bodies and commercial entities.

He designed and constructed a private garden that featured in an edition of Upstairs Downstairs Home & Lifestyle Garden magazine as “Pick of the Property Gardens”.

Michael believes that the key for a garden to stand out is a unique design with a high level of detail and top quality workmanship to finish.

Vahey Horticultural Services offers a complete service from start to finish.

These services include:
- CAD garden / outdoor design
- Paving, garden walls & water features
- Planting of hedging, trees & shrubs
- Tree felling & pruning (certified & insured)
- Herbicide application (certified & insured)

In recent years people are starting to realise the value of a well laid out patio area or outdoor space. In response to this, Vahey Horticultural Services also design and build multi purpose garden rooms which act as an extension to the family home.
